Did you login as a single holding access on the left? If so it will only show your ASX holding which is zero. You need to login to your portfolio on the right (register if you haven’t done before and you’ll need to download the Microsoft Authenticator app or other Authenticator) then you’ll see a holding above your ASX holdings that says something like:
22-March-2024 CHESS to Issuer Sponsored conversion
