yes apparently that is what we have been told and as such no agreement has been reached at this point in time and certainly no money has found its way to the AVZ bank account .

Okay the Digoil reference was it was a case won against the DRC government if you think ICSID is the court that counts I have also referenced Tethyan Copper who won against Pakistan at the ICSID but it took 11 years to run its full course through the mountains of appeals and delay tactics.

Re shorts yes a large percentage were hedges against long positions by index tracking funds that are now being unwound and there are also shorts that are being covered through stock being sold off market - plenty have been offered for sale here and on other stock forums at prices well below the last traded price.
