The issue here, as you have correctly identified is the fact that on the balance of probabilities, there is a high chance of success in obtaining judgements in AVZs favour. The issue will be enforcement. That will be extremely problematic imo, in terms of time taken to get $$$, cost in paying legal to enforce, and amount received at the end of thn process.

I still think the company should have TH, dropped the news and let Mr market decide the price going forward
and let SHs exit. The decision to suspend, has left SH in a much worse position, with some scrambling to get out for pennies.
