Exactly ! - I have said numerous times I expect AVZ will win all its court cases - then they will get appealed and then AVZ will win the appeals that is the same as what happened with Tethyan copper, they even had to organise the courts to freeze some of Pakistan's assets after the award was granted at their expense ISCID didn't do that for them.

Pakistan has the capacity to pay billions of $$ the DRC doesn't - how is AVZ going to get the $$$ into their bank account at the end of a long and expensive legal fight that could run for a decade , who will enforce the award ? how would that process play out in the real world ?
