AVZ will never be relisted on the ASX. It may, however, be relisted on another exchange.
That will only happen if we ever go mining. And that's not happening. There are two outcomes for shareholders at this point. One is a MOU/ML is offered and the Chinese make a proper buyout offer. $15 billion plus. The other is we see ICSID/ICC through to the end, and the DRC Government ends up with a $25-30 billion dollar fine… which they never pay.
