its rare for delistings to occur because of litigation along with cash in hand... Take that subset and you will see a better story.
The reality is most delistings are because of finance and going-concern issues.
This is not the case with AVZ having 4.5m in the back (6 months) or 20m US (with Locke)
So its not correct to paint AVZ delisting story in the same brush as the rest
