I think once they have control you will automatically be paid out .. still I am not 100% sure of this so I suggest you contact the company asap to confirm.
I know with some companies delisting and being privatised you can get caught holding shares and then have to try sell them to unknow investors or back to company (and if they want to buy) .... this scenario is really tricky as you basically have no control of your shares
