Everyone should have read the announcement 8th November. All your questions were answered in that announcement.
No confusion or negativity. They clearly state their reasons and what shareholders can do once delisted.
Its actually a positive move when you realise their intentions to list in the beginning were not met.
Value was never represented in the SP. Now they get to set the value which is obviously in the best interests of SHs.
