not suprised - as I said this is about control now.
deliberately "making an admin mistake" will benefit after the vote as someone can now take ownership of company without interference/ asx oversight rules etc "private company"..

the board will pretend they didn't see it coming an admin error (which we will believe).

to save face board may broker deal -- say a private buy out ... huge guess $0.06-$0.07 .. this would be a miracle and we all take of course and finished (claim your considerable tax loss in my case)..... (we all forget their was an early better deal for us).. board doesn't care about rep and retire early.

this doesn't feel right --- my gut/ guess is reverse take over

-- a reverse takeover deal. this most likely as we all left feeling ok and with hope.. and is clean and the control person gets the control they wanted and we cheer board for keeping the fight going..

my guess is 3 month horizon..

note; now delisted we won't be able to chat anymore as this chat will drop and a deal will come in the mail... my best guess 1- 3 months.

while I sound negative --- it's way better then the alternative and we get nothing at all and company just sits a shell for years.. so don't give up on hope .. worth reverse takeover we get offered shares in new company and starts again..
