yep - true - I'm a bit negative on this stock ... if being optimistic ..we'll.. if I recall Tom has considered public holders before (new issued stock) and those people had a chance to sell or stay (if they stayed .. would be here again).. but ultimately he has proven himself on that front in the past.. everything else put a side pending what you think of him and some others on board

trueth is of course I got no clue what is next .. certainly been a ride .. I hope they do offer us a decent buy out amount in line with what they paid to snag the controlling share..I just made a conservative guess..

but a reverse with shares that publically trade in next few months .. complex and might cost them, but that would be ok as well as got there
