That sounds like the most positive outcome. To tell you the truth I was hoping to use the capital tax loss to offset some gains I have made but this management has been hopeless up until now in my opinion and have consistently kept holders in the dark. Seems like these prickly buggers have got away with screwing us shareholders and stealing the projects out from underneath us, a company with assets like the ones we invested in some only grow wealth.

I am hoping that you are right and there will be some kinda return to shareholders and we possibly can take a capital loss and move on but I feel betrayed by the way this management has consistently kept us in the dark and done almost nothing to protect our assets and instead it's an uninspiring end to a hopeless management team.
