Why else would directors continuously flout ASX governance and reporting rules?

And why would the ASX grant an extension when signs point to PO3 wanting to be delisted all along?

After all, delisted entities escape listing fees, quarterly reporting obligations and the onerous need to hold annual meetings.

Another question: Will Carl le Souef issue an early statement outlining plans for the delisted entity...and ways locked-in holders might trade shares off-market?

Carl clearly doesn’t have any interest in shareholders. The top 20 have completely had the rug pulled from under them. If he was a legitimate corporate leader, we wouldn’t have been in suspension in the first place. He got lucky with one corporate sale and now has more dollars than sense!!!
