IMO You and ya mate or mates have posted the most misleading and insulting posts on this forum with your tactics or is it total stupidity and lack of understanding or business, accounts , retail wholesale , the law in various countries, walmart , electronics industry , FDA , vol administration ASX ASIC and now you want to get peoples names, details ideas and experience without showing any obvious knowledge or research of the process you propose. You have lost your best opportunity for information by not using the VA to force information out and now IMO you will hit brick wall after brick wall. Trying to hit a director personally for example IMO will encounter the indemnity insurer who shareholders paid for who will use administrators advice and consultants or auditor who were in there IMO long before insolvency to cover themselves and their insurers. Seek early advice to find a chink and then propose something that a legal funder will fund but don't lead people on about thinking you have any form of gotcha moment until you have advice. You IMO still are clueless to the true reason accounts / reports were not lodged and what would not be signed off on!!!. ie the trigger . The blaming of outside parties be it Realtek , SAL or others and painting them as at fault in any way without any idea of full documentation of communications and agreements is now made even harder with higher hurdles as you chose not to inform yourselves.
I honestly can't believe so many welded ons when told so early by various posters things didn't add up now claim they have been done over and believe that it is a surprise that related parties decided to get together to scavenge good parts and ditch shareholders - that is VA and business 101.
I can only suggest to all readers and posters to be very cautious in dealing with these posters and look at the history for a possibly view of the future
If no insider who reveals the truth and facts can be found and a litigation funder can be briefed and fund it is going nowhere no matter how bad it look or smells on the surface.
