Many here in the same boat. Company should post outcomes of 10 May meeting as an BWX announcement - was hoping today (13 May) but nothing seen as yet. If unsecured shareholders have lost the lot, they will declare in writing that our shares are worthless & no further distribution is expected. We can then all claim as a capital loss. Note the date the declaration is made will be important as to the FY you can claim that loss.
