Yes, that's true.
I'm probably just whinging more than I usually would as I'm in the process of going through the hassle and not insignificant expense of selling out of Moto/Rangold and Redback who have obviously previously walked down this particular path.
In the case of Redback it has been a particularly rewarding experience, so hopefully CNT can proceed along those lines.
The other reason that I (personally) would prefer to maintain an ASX listing is that my CNT holding provides coverage for a reasonably large chunk of my margin loan. Once the CNT shares are delisted, I will probably have to sell something else to maintain my LVR, which is a bit of a pain.
