yeah.. .selling via the third party once delisted will at least allow existing holders to return a small amount of their original capital.
AG was happy to tap the ASX market for additional capital, but clearly had not thought through the implications of scrutiny from constant disclosure. Blind Freddy could see this was not doing well... I really do question though how they could shake the stigma they have created during their time being listed here (if they succeed in leaving).
How will they prove to a new prospective client that they will be around to provide support? How can they show existing customers that their product is better than it was when Suncorp, Barclays, Royal Bank of Canada, CNBC and BNZ where on board?
The company is too top heavy on wages... they need to trim the Executive team down... AG needs to halve (at least) his paycheck...a 1m pa saving from listing requirements is not enough.
