Goldfan is correct.
I know for a FACT there was another deal on the table that would put a LOT more cash into the LCL bucket than the Tiger deal.
I'd say the main shareholders are pushing back on the Tiger deal, but the board is relying on voting history to get it the Tiger deal over the line.
I would urge all shareholders to actively vote NO on Resolution 1 on Monday and see what emerges.
