if they are confident with alternative funding... thats good less shares on issue. and the value of the sharws should be worth no less than where we are now once we know how many have subscribed in the raise.....
depends if you still believe they can still turn this around. opportunity still at play. it's the time to close deals that needs to come in on timeframes
