I hope you are right but if it was I don't see why they can't tell us. What could be the new information they have? Perhaps the alternative funding arrangements are not viable and they would like to buy more time with whatever they can raise?
Everytime I think maybe they have some news they are keeping up their sleeve nothing comes.
Lets hope they are right that the timing may finally be right.
Unless we fall to 1c, I don't see why all holders wouldn't take up their rights. Can raise the funds by selling some shares at 1.6c and then taking up the rights at 1c. Just my thoughts.
