Subject : Broken Hill Prospecting Limited ("BPL") - Delisting
Message :
Following the announcement released on Friday, 25 January 2013, Broken Hill
Prospecting Limited ("BPL") will be delisting from the NZX Main Board
("NZSX") at close of business on Thursday, 28 February 2013.
Pursuant to footnote 4 of Listing Rule 5.4.1, NZX Regulation ("NZXR") advises
that the last day of trading in:
-BPL Ordinary Shares
-BPL Options
will be Monday, 25 February 2013, and trading in BPL/ BPLOA will be halted
from close of business on this day. BPL will be delisted and its securities
will cease to be quoted on the NZX Main Board from close of business on
Thursday, 28 February 2013.
