Message :

Further to the announcement released this morning, NZX advises that Caledonia
Investments plc (CDN) will be delisting from the NZX Main Board ("NZSX").

The final trading day in CDN ordinary shares will be Friday, 23 August 2013,
prior to being halted at close of business. CDN will be delisted and its
shares will cease to be quoted on the NZSX from close of business on Friday,
30 August 2013.
