Message :
On Tuesday, 19 February 2013 Rangatira Limited ("Rangatira") sent a
compulsory acquisition notice to the outstanding shareholders of New Zealand
Experience Limited ("NZE").
Pursuant to footnote 4 of Listing Rule 5.4.1, NZX Regulation ("NZXR") advises
that the last day of trading in NZE Ordinary Shares will be Monday, 25
February 2013. Trading in NZE Ordinary Shares will be halted from close of
business on this day. Subject to conditions being met, NZE will be delisted
and its shares will cease to be quoted on the NZX Main Board ("NZSX") from
close of business on Thursday, 28 February 2013.
