Subject: GuocoLeisure Limited (GLL) Delisting
Message:
Further to the announcement released on 23 December 2013, NZX Regulation
(NZXR) advises that GuocoLeisure Limited (GLL) will be delisting from the NZX
Main Board.
The final trading day in GLL ordinary shares will be Tuesday, 24 June 2014,
prior to being halted at close of business. GLL will be delisted and its
shares will cease to be quoted on the NZX Main Board from close of business
on Friday, 27 June 2014.
