if in theatre / hospital setting than the hospital would typically pay OCC (or in this case device technologies) to stock the product on the shelf if purchase in bulk or otherwise (more frequent) arrange to consign inventory of the product at the hospital and pay once the product is used. Then the Hospital gets reimbursed by the relevant insurance company as per the PL price. The above assumes the patient is insured. I suspect device technologies be purchasing Remplir in bulk quantities from OCC ahead of market demand due to the outlined process above.
