so what should OCC do with all this money sitting idly in the bank?
what should management do to raise the share price?
OCC's shitty share price, plus their good prospects and all that cash on the books could make them a takeover target from an opportunistic predator.
just announcing a buyback and buying back a few cheap shares might help lift the share price and raise the company's market profile.
