All good stuff, but I'd prefer to see the board actually buying with their own cash..
Based on the logic at a $500m+ company, then maybe it's time to review the experience of the Board members. Most have been in the right place at the right time - good on them, but that in itself does not make a board that has experience in larger cap companies.
With HH selling down again the board can no longer rely of their support to prevent a board spill.
All good stuff, but I'd prefer to see the board actually buying...
