Interesting in Reading the 2010. AGM dated announcement dated 14/102010.
Page 12 & 43.
Trevor was paid $150,000 plus Options.
Grant was Paid $72,000 plus options.
Per Page 44
Grant/Stock resources also got paid $27,273 Rent $25,729

In the announcement dated 1 April 2010.
Grant will now be paid.
$180,000
STI 30% or ($54,000)
LTI Options Ect.

As above Trevor Plus Grant =$222,000 Plus options
Grant $180,000 plus $54,000= $234,000 Plus Options.

Should the takeover proceed and Sunstar do not require Grants services.
Grant will receive on top of his salary.
6 Mths termination $90,000 maybe Performance Bonus $54,000 equals $144,000.
Or Grant will receive a salary for the next 3 Years of $180,000 PA.

This may be legal but I am not impressed. Clearly Sunstar would be righting theses additional extra costs into the total proposal cost and shareholders will suffer.

Interesting AHR can announce salary packages but still have not announced the drilling programme due to start Early 2011.

Can Sunstar challenge this?
