DB - ONGC maybe not interested in taking on the role of operator in the Gambia ... just tried their luck at getting SNE WI on the cheap.
If Remus buy FAR, FAR as is, imo, is almost certainly likely to remain an ongoing concern except 100% owned and financed by Remus ... in that case, as Charlie commented, the team FAR could get an upfront bonus from their new owner on signing.
