In Quarter 4 2019 Far were not in arrears and had a seat at the JV meeting table, where any discussion and vote on the purchase of the FPSO would have been agreed by the majority.
The JV then proceeded to vote, accept and proceed with the Development & exploitation plan and it's costings.
The JV then signed up with the Senegal Govts JVC exploitation plan.
