Whats boring about it? they just manage to release a realistical scenario about how they can repurpose Renard.
They have widdled it down to 3 parts of the fixed plant that they would have to re engineer. From an outsiders perspective we have the information for us to calculate the costs and feasibility of the Renard project. As soon as you estimate the repurpose costs you can de risk the project even more.
