Rather you are pricing the future on the basis of the hysterical sellers of today. What when they are no longer holding ? Who controls price action then ?
And others continue to accumulate the opportunity that is present, as an investment to bring one of the lowest capital intensity assets in northern america ? That is attractive to the industrial mindset, not contemplated in the hysterics of fear that you are dancing with.
