Tbh I think the deal will be Q1 2025. Offtake, equity stake, debt financing commitment.
Would be more responsible for them to have something lined up before exercising the option.
30 Sept - option deadline
30 Dec - option with 1st extension
30 Mar - option with both extensions
The cost of these extensions is approx the C&M costs so it makes little difference. They don't need to start doing work on Renard urgently so why not push it back and have more time to make the deal.
