I think you will find PEA will do nothing for your sp.
Just as maiden MRE was heavily sold into, same with MRE upgrade will be same for PEA.
Market simply have lost trust with the company unfortunately. You would be blind to not have noticed it.
Sp will fall and stagnant regardless of PEA , its just numbers on paper its not reality until they even get to production no one knows. Just look at SYA , pretty sure they released great PEA. PFS amd DFS numbers only to be now running at Opex of circa USD1000/dmt.
Remember any sp rally here is only a tool for the company CR shenanigans...rally up and it will be opportune time to raiseat massive discount. Rinse and repeat for yrs to come.
