It is a strategic blunder to allow "strategics" to come onboard WR1 at these low prices.
They would enter at say 50c and give Wr1 $50m for 100mil shares dilution.
What a disaster.
Suggest the company look for expert corporate finance professionals to help them in this department they are serverly lacking any experience in and will be taken for a ride by the "strategics" imho
