What you call schematics ? Is the very heart of the containing dilution.
That is not frivolous. It is an essential measure of capital efficiency.
The block trade, is really just the mates trade that occurs near or so the prevailing sp at the time.
But the capital dilution is protected from the effective CFTF .
Money raised at a premium to the sp, at CFTF, requires less share issued . = less dilution, than if it were all at the block trade price.
