They aint getting hydro, Alliance Magnesium, who became Tergeo Critical Minerals were provided grants, incentives etc for Magnesium by the Canadian Government for production. At the end on 2023, Hydro Quebec knocked back power to the proposed plant... Teregeo went bust....
Hydro Quebec have made it clear - you aint getting MwHs connect until after 2030 if ever - Government has a Net ZERO plan.... Patriot are talking nonsense and about road and infrastructure. The only benefit they have is that Solar is decent for 75% of the year - Solar panels are more efficient in cold conditions, and bi facial panels work great in snow.
