In his presentation Ken Brinsden referred to the hydroelectric transmission lines, the trans Taiga road and the nearby airport. They have the 20 km connection road under control and are expanding their worker's camp. (Of course, they don't have a near ready made fully working processing plant so there are pluses and minuses).
