Infrastructure? As @Zep11 posted, what infrastructure? They can be 1klm or 19klm, they aint getting 20mwh of power from Hydro Quebec, critical minerals mean F all to them. Absolute bollocks that they can even be allowed to say they will be producing 800klt of concentrate.
