In short, and in my opinion only, its a big yes. Crushing ore and leaving waste pits will require ongoing approval and certification every 6 months. Not that have read up on thisStornoway has some very detailed notes on tailings and pits for those who like to read up.
the renard diamond shafts are fantastic for the adina waste. The kimberlite waste will be used imo.
