Someone else might confirm but I understand any single holder owning more than 5% of a company needs to notify the market when selling or buying shares.

The Clarkes selling has held back the share price for a very long time now. Having said that I don't think they are selling now and even if they are it won't make much difference given the significant number of shares sold each day. When RNU purchased the land they had around 180M shares from memory and now at around 110M, so by far they are still the biggest holder but imo not able to hold back the price like they had done previously when daily sales were so low.

The other time share sales need to be announced is when Directors buy or sell. No-one knows the future so everyone has a right to sell whenever they want. For the Clarkes this might not be at a high price like they have shown already. Probably around 50M of their shares were sold for around 2 cents or less. So really in hindsight that has just been a gift to those buyers.
Things are looking very positive for RNU now but as many have said, including myself, patience is key and should be rewarded in the near future.
