Could be the current earn in on the rest of the CJV reduced for RNX and a clawback right for MIM on Mongoose, or a royalty?
The rationale was the total tonnage on the small mineralized areas was going to be too small for MIM to be interested in so they would never develop it.
If MIM are done with the area, it makes sense.
