I think one of the reasons that MIZ share price has fallen has to do with the issue of shares in relation to the convertible notes.
185293761 issued for $711575, valuing each share around .00384.
132076970 issued for $549600, valuing each share at around .00414
Average sp for shares issued .00396
By the last 3B issued there seems to be 2478118323 shares issued (listed).
The issue of the above shares would give a dilution of around 1.28%
Thats if my maths is correct,
