I think it's getting more and more clear now (around ASX Top1 holder Notable Pioneer) after digging further @wsx. I also believe Notable does not hold shares at JSE from the looks.
Below are two old ASX Top20 lists, the first one was from 15/02/2022, second one was from Annual Report released May 2022 but its attached Top20 list was recorded/registered in Feb 2022 too:




Hence it's very interesting to find that in a window of just 10 days Notable sold circa 2.2m RLT shares. And what's more interesting was this large sell was indeed announced in the Sub Holder Change Notice on 14/03/2022 per below:


And based on the above Notice, the following was noticed:
From 17/09/2020 to 15/02/2022 (1.5 years), Notable only sold 333k in total. Yet from 15/02/2022 to 25/02/2022 and from 26/02/2022 to 14/03/2022 (in a matter of one month), 2.2m shares (13074127 - 10880386) and 650k shares (10880386 - 10231972) total circa 2.85m were sold! (i didn't trace/dig further here re why the selling in this short period of time). And because of the relatively short timeframes, it becomes possible/more accurate via Broker Data to find out e.g. which broker that Notable Pioneer has been using (to sell):



(Hence it can be concluded that Notable Pioneer was using Institutional broking arm - FinClear Services to sell their shares!)

Then from 14/03/2022 to 02/08/2022, Notable didn't sell any shares as per the below three Lists:






And From 02/08/2022 to 20/02/2023's Top20 list, it looks Notable sold another 1m shares again (in a window of half year). Due to lack of Top20 lists between, hence this 1m selling was not so noticeable in the broker data sheet amongst large trade volumes:




And then the already posted Top20 Lists between 22/02/2023 to 10/03/2023 and their differences.

(Also this post didn't look into other holders who were/are also in Top20 Lists but mainly focused on Notable).
