the government just issued a licence to BOC which is 80% owned by the government, are you guys really that stupid to think that the government has an issue with themselves
this is the biggest copper prize on the planet, Hello, the Chinese will build this. Today boc ( owned by the bougainville government ) just said its a go........
are you really that thick to not see this is a 5 billion $ build and a 10b dollar mine if it gets up
BOC market cap will be well over 10 bucks if there is a sniff of Chinese develop and build
