Governement saves the face, Lynas goes ahead with the succesive verifications limiting the entry to Wesfarmers and the shareholder navigates in the limbo with a capitalization that is a 42% lower than the maximum reached in 2011 when Kuantan was a mere portion of land.
Given the implications we could reach in a trade war, Lynas is not recognized today in terms of stock price at all taking into account its strategic position in the industrial global value chain.
I start to think shareholder is not important at all for the company. I wonder if it is worth to back a company more than 12 years with no reward, stomach aches and a constant dilution that compromises shareholder to invest more capital.
