My opinion on WLP waste is if they have to transport it to a PDF they might as well just keep driving it over the border to where they can realise its worth, even give it away. Within the remaining timeframe before Cand L is up and running in Oz, that would be the end of it anyway. It would appease politically and remove on going investor concerns.
