What is going on? The March 6, 2019 announcement re Mahalo stated that "heCompanyiscurrentlyactingasagentfortheExplorationOperatortomanageworkintheblockThe Company is currently acting as agent for the Exploration Operator to manage work in the block".
COI was the agent for the 2018 work program.......if that has ended why have we not been told?
