well, I guess i was wrong, there WAS some further information they could give us before PL4.
i stand corrected gentlemen.
great news anyway - this confirms the viablilty of the tech imo -> "cell operation in the megabit memory array"
significant de-risk is imo at least now that even if the PL4 lot doesn't have fully functional chips it shows its not a lemon. It works, its just refining the manufacturing process.
