Usually more than 24 months after the DFS is complete if you haven't moved forward then it is out of date. Even if you will use the same tech and design parameters, capital costs can no longer be relied upon.
Not surprised they need to refresh it, the timing is right now and tin prices aren't likely to reduce substantially over the next decade with demand from semiconductors likely to continue growing at a quick pace.
