it maybe a very small asset for RIO but an obvious target based on it being on the adjoining boundary / ground .... RIO have all the infrastructure in place so it would be a strategic advantage to swallow up CZR and increase there mining lease foot print.
With the consolidation of shares on issue (1 for17) it makes transacting any deals going forward far easier that dealing with the current CZR billions of shares on issue
